The pay, the benefits, and the customers we serve.
Cons
The biggest issue is the people we work for and the lack of spine or ability to lead. After 20+ years in the Navy I’ve never seen such useless leader ship and such a micromanager‘s. And no one stands up for the contractors that work for the military. We could be doing so much more with our time and ability we are true assets and yet I feel like I’m living the office space movie daily (and what would you say you do here)
