      The compensation and benefits package were very good.The work environment was great and the supervisors were always available to help with any issues.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any downsides of being employed by General Dynamics.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
