In the world of defense contracting, GD puts a strong emphasis on retaining and training their employees. Experiences may vary between business units and programs, but I have always felt very well looked after by my immediate management and overall program leadership, resulting in a mutually beneficial and productive experience.
Cons
Recent acquisition of CSRA by GD IT has resulted in senior leadership changes which may disrupt an existing culture.
