Pros
Great people and great supervisor while I worked there. We had a lot of resources that were available to be called on when needed to help support work we were doing.
Cons
There was a lot of "Conflict of Interest" issues with trying to bring in new work. It got to the point that we could not bid on new work because it violated the company's CoI policy. So as contracts ended, employees were terminated because there was nothing for them to work on.
