      Very fair company with better than average industry compensation.

      Cons

      Senior management is almost exclusively retired military, if you don’t have that backgroundcit may prove difficult to advance.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
