Pros
Quick start of employment (just under 6 weeks), good projects, and good managers with experience.
Cons
Communication between managers and department heads is terrible. HR representation is lackluster, cannot get a timely response, if they respond at all. Ability to transfer between projects is difficult. Leaving the company was the only option in my experience.
