      Good company to work for. Gives annual merit pay increases and bonus. Management does not micromanage. Offers certs

      Not much wiggle room. Will let you go (in writing) in anticipation of client contract expiring

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
