      Good benifits and work life balance. Very flexible with job assignments.

      I really dont have a ton of cons. Some days suck but that depends more on the customer than the company.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
