      Company culture and wanting to keep you. GDIT offers movement to new contracts that could use your skills.

      Cons

      Contract work, so it still is not ideal if you lose a contract and GDIT searches for a new contract for you. I have changed contracts once… it went well, but I just wonder if it will be always this way.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
