Pros
The product and the people are the only good things about the company. Perfect place to work if your only career goal is to clock in and clock out.
Cons
Impossible to effect organizational change, management makes you focus 100% of your time on waste, engineers are not expected to do real engineering work, nobody is held accountable, bad morale all around, the union takes all of the CAD work and takes 10 times longer than it should to do a simple model, too much to list.
