Pros
Honestly the only pro was the job taught me what I don’t want... ever again. Whenever I’m at work now all I can think is.. at least I’m not at GD.
Cons
Everyone is pretty miserable for the most part. Management tries to push “culture” on you but couldn’t have less of a clue. The second you say you’re leaving management reacts completely childish, and CEO will not even look in your direction. I was beyond miserable. I’m happier in every aspect of my life since the day I walked out of that office for the last time. Management will WFH, or come in later in the day... totally lax with them.. but if you have to leave, even for an emergency they will give you hell. Management is also extremely passive aggressive.. I can go on and on, in short RUN as fast as you can in the other direction.
