Pros
Great products. Staff motivated to provide customer service. Well trained and certified production technicians. Not locked-into one brand. Company offers a variety of excellent products. And, is equipped to guide customers in selecting a cost effective combination of truck equipment for their particular line of work. Also, can pretty much build anything the customer wants.
Cons
provides good quality work. sometimes can't meet delivery expectations. supply chain interruptions probably account for much of that.
