      There are slim pickings for advancement prospects for admin staff. This is a good role if you prefer knowing what you're doing day in and day out.

      Really cool office where lunch is catered Very cool team where there is room to learn and grow Smaller team so your work is more impactful Good competitive pay

      Less flexibility with WFH Many senior members of Applications team left and so new team is very new
