Pros
A solid team full of ambitious people. Everyone here is open to new ideas, so there is plenty of room to make a huge impact on the company. I started out as an intern, and now working a FTE. The type of work I did as an intern had a huge impact on the software that we build. Every work is stimulating and gives you plenty of opportunities to get creative. We also use new technologies in our tech stacks, so you won't be spending your time working with outdated technologies. Everyone in the team is also very helpful, and the managers care a lot about your career growth.
Cons
Since work is remote, there aren’t many chances to meet the whole team in person, but this is just temporary. In the meantime, we have occasional happy hours through online meetings, which is nice. Pay wise is in the lower range, but you still have access to some of the important benefits (health, dental, vision).
