Pros
On the whole, a very fun, friendly place to work filled with great people who are very capable at their jobs, but their handling of various roles is uneven. For developers, QAs and BAs, it is a great place to work. Their Getting Predictable processes and model is a well-developed and powerful tool for their success.
Cons
Not the place for project managers, the turn-over in the position is very high and the company does not handle career development or set expectations for them very well at all. If you do decide to join with them, make sure you will be assigned to a project team and not in a staff augmentation role.
