      Great team mentality, great to work with. Everyone tries to help each other. Senior management gives a lot of room to succeed (or fail).

      Highly competitive industry. It is difficult to build a brand name.

      small company with flexible rules and hours location is excellent

      frequent harassment and bullying from upper management incompetent leadership, which is family owned
