Uncompetitive salary and benefits greatly inhibit talent acquisition and retention. Senior Management actively denigrates data, MVPs, iterative development, A/B testing. Had slogan written on every whiteboard in the office that said "We only ship 100% complete, MAX viable products." Partners and senior management are too focused on weird politics that are out of place given the size of the company and the problems it's facing. Aforementioned slogan and disdain for MVP/iterative development concept stem from Partners embarking on acquisition that ended poorly. Leadership associated with acquisition implemented strategic and tactical concepts with great business value. Senior Management avoids those concepts to the detriment of the company. Management actively seeks to sow discord between Product and Dev team. End game unclear.
