- small departments, so people are tight-knit (sometimes clique-ish) - health insurance, vision, dental - free lunch on Fridays
Cons
- low pay - frequently understaffed & overworked - no HR, so descrimination and harrassment happen - lots of politics - management actively encourages negativity and blaming between teams or departments - no 401k - 1 week vacation to start, 6 paid holidays
