No loyalty. Worked there for 10+ years and missed one day due to illness in 10 years. Never written up, and because a certain manager wasn't impressed with me after I had to show that same person how to do their job, was let go! You would think an organization with ove r125 stores would have been willing to help you find a different location to work, but no! Upper management doesn't care about employees, they just care about the bottom line profits!
