Pros
- Great Location - Some friendly, AMAZING, staff. QA/validation crew has some of the friendliest, most intelligent people I have met. - Fascinating technology - Flexible hours - Good coffee/snacks -Decent benefits -HR staff is genuinely nice and helpful
Cons
- Poor, inflexible leadership. Poor communication amongst similar projects -Equipment such as scales not properly used i.e. not centered and calibrated as often as they should be. - Procedures not uniformly followed by technicians/other RAs. Autofill formulas on excel sheets carried errors from experiment to experiment. When concerns were brought up, these were met with dismissive "I know better" attitudes. - Poor communication from leadership - Priorities shifted from one day to the next - Company survives off investor money, which can be a bit concerning for someone seeking stable long-term employment.
