Pros
I really enjoy the work, it's complex and diverse. I really like management, they have vision, completely understand the business and are driven to make it succeed. Management gives clear direction on what they want, it’s up to me on how it gets done.
Cons
Some of the people don't even try to "work" and are passive aggressive.
