The company is backed by Mahindra and has plenty of money to run operations and R&D. The product is cool and you can ride bikes. The health benefit is good and salary is average.
Cons
The company is majority composed of Indians with Indian culture, language and hangout by themselves. The company is losing money on each scooter sold and barely sells. They are burning cash at a high rate and not sustainable at a loss. The management team is all Indian and very brutal with demands and will disrespect everybody behind their back. Beware of the COO and CEO. They will micro manage and drop profanity all day. Everyday is a firefight of quality issues that is blamed on others. The company is filled with internal struggles that is under the iceberg. The ship is sinking and everyone is trying to throw water out. The scooter is designed, built, and barely tested by male Indian engineers. The product went through recalls and tons of band-aid fixes. Beware of the attractive bonus. You barely get it.
