      Genxhire, all are fake person. They didn't tell you anything at the time of joining after that they were creating pressure on you. They just want money. They don't care about your future. Its just a request don't join this Consultancy. You will regret. LALCHI PEOPLE

      No pros only cons Hiring and firing is their strategies In a month almost 20-25 employees are leaving and this count is keep on increasing

      Cons

      The company culture is very bad and toxic. They deduct money if you didn't give specific numbers of cvs every day. Make you work on Sunday as well. All team leaders , operation manager and company ceo is toxic and baised. Company is full of politics. Changing policies like clothes. The worst thing is micro management. They don't take efforts to improve the culture. Full of toxic managers with zero experience in CV knowledge
