      plenty of parking.... because there are hardly any employees

      1. Management is unwilling to accept that they're leading a sinking ship 2. Management lies to upper management and investors about success rates 3. Management lacks experience 4. Human Resources is unprofessional and calculated 5. Overrun with truly unpleasant employees
