      Pros

      Finally the company is winding down. This company was the biggest dog and pony show led by extremely poor management. Constant empty promises filled with lies was the ongoing theme of this company. I'm glad that the investors were finally able to realize this and can put this passed them. Toxic culture led by inexperienced leaders.

      Cons

      There were some good and friendly employees - I hope they are able to find a job very soon.
