Pros

- Generator services sits in a "blue-collar" industry. There are kind but straight-talking and hardworking people here. Not a lot of fluff. - GenServe has has a good thing going for 30 years--offline. Selling and servicing and retaining well over 90% of their customers - For the last year or two GenServe has started a new thing: growth. That's exciting! It's like a "startup" built on a company with a firm foundation. - The work in the BD team is just beginning (Spring 2022).

Cons

- There will be a lot of change over the next few years. If you don't like thinking on your feet and problem-solving look elsewhere. - Similarly, we are building new processes to sustain the growth we are cultivating. If you want all your SOPs buttoned up so you know exactly what to do each day maybe come back in a few years once we are through this growth phase.

Pros

The only thing is you get paid every Friday.

Cons

This is a terrible company to work for. I have never worked for a company with so much turnover. The upper management doesn`t have a clue how to run a company, because they don`t care about the employees. I think we are on the 5th branch manager in 2 years, and we have had so much turnover in 2024 that we lost count. The company hired a new dispatcher around September, and he was doing a great job, but they fired him the week before Christmas. I would not recommend anyone to work here. I highly recommend that you stay away from this dumpster fire.

Thank you for expressing your concerns. Our Regional Manager for Texas is already aware of this situation and is acting on it as we speak. As far as the dispatcher is concerned, I would like to say if "he was doing a great job," then why would he have been let go? I'm concerned that this statement is not entirely true. Once again thank you for providing your feedback so we know the areas to improve on.
