Intelligent management, excellent commission schedule, outstanding inside support for appointments and design, flexibility to offer purchase or lease with top finance companies, dealer/installer for Tier One solar manufacturers.
Cons
None really, it's the best solar company I've worked for to date. We're given good tools to work with, ability to negotiate price on the spot as long as it's within company guidelines, Director of Sales is always available when I'm in front of a prospect, weekdays, weekends, evenings.
