Cons
Place is a revolving door. Office staff and sales teams act like their better then the installation crew. The founder Chris Sabin released his brand new ‘weekly Friday videos’ where he shouted out members of the company who put in extra work. There was a 1-2 month period where the installation crew was putting in serious hours to meet deadlines, and yet he shot the video in a single take and couldn’t be bothered to learn the 5 names of his single installation crew. We’ve come across Sabin at WaWa in the morning, and he couldn’t be bothered to get off his phone call and say good morning to his crew. Since there was no company branded merch we were given, he didn’t even recognize it was us. This is a 15 person company, installation crew of 6 people. Never bothered to learn my name.
