Pros

Really chill, not authoritarian, expects hard work, and will tell you when you goof but isn't a harass or expects servile kiss-assery

Cons

uhhh. Hm. Could stand to be a little more guided in my work. But a very little.

Pros

The mission of the company is to extend financial education to students who would typically gain no exposure to it. For people in economics or finance related studies, this can be a very fun way to provide some "community services" while working closely with your subject matter. It had introduced me to numerous people throughout my time running a campus chapter, all of whom shared an interest in learning more about how they can manage their own finances.

Cons

It can some times be VERY difficult to attract students who are not in finance/economics to learn about their finances. It's very out of sight, out of mind for many, but the challenge presented can be rewarding.
