Sometimes they will ask you to work 38 - 39 hours continuously without extra pay or leave. Like you will start on Monday work whole night without sleep and leave the office on Tuesday 9:00pm.
People don't get their salary for 2-4 months. So if you have financial problem, don't join.
No job security, they can kick you out anytime and it is for almost everyone.
