Workload is at times excessive. But, a company so heavily involved in critical national programs leads to this outcome. Dedicated staff and willingness to sacrifice when it becomes necessary for the good of the customer. Recent workloads have been challenging.

Has lost its people focused culture the last couple of years. Focus is only on profits independent of the employee experience. Management is passive aggressive. Act nice to your face and go behind your back.
