The only real ‘pros’ were the few competent professionals who once worked here — and every single one of them has already resigned...
Cons
Lux-Leadership is fundamentally dysfunctional. A clean up is long overdue. A number of directors are directors in name only—lacking competence, integrity, and basic managerial ability. Their primary management skill appears to be blaming current and past employees to mask their own failures.
