Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m really sorry to hear that you’re not enjoying your experience with us. Honesty and humility – which you’ll recognise as two of our core values – are key to driving the change we want to make, so I’m discouraged to hear that these haven’t characterised your experience so far. I appreciate you sharing your concerns about feeling heard at the company. As you know, there are a number of initiatives in place to encourage team members to freely share their views and challenge current practice – ranging from Will (our CEO, for any other readers) welcoming anonymous questions and comments on a weekly basis at All Hands to every member of the team being invited to submit new ideas to committees each month – but it sounds like these aren’t doing enough to help you feel heard and recognised. I take your concerns about being heard seriously, and I’d like to understand what led you to these conclusions and work on possible solutions with you.
