Pay and benefits are good

Cons

CEO and Co-founder think they know more about the industry than they do and as a result are at risk of running the company into the ground. They have too much of an egotistical way of running the business. They won't accept challenge on anything and their way of dealing with that is to ignore individuals and create a toxic environment, or just get rid. Recent internal structural changes make the company feel like a scary place.
