Co-workers are all creatives so it's a great community for a creative to work in, the Maitre D' is a warm-hearted, funny man, and they feed you well. Great pay for no experience.

Expect management mix-ups from time to time (e.g. scheduling, manager missing from the floor), repetitive work, and most of all your customers are going to be really snobby and obnoxious, especially on busy weekend nights.

Flexible hours, excellent tips, management is nice (not all of them).

Co-workers who are there for a long time are prone to backstabbing and lay the blame on others. Also, customers are needy and snobbish. It's extremely busy on brunch and evenings, almost impossible to go to the toilet during the whole shift.
