      They don't cultivate a continuous workforce from site to site; politics decides who stays on and who moves out rather than who does the work effectively, efficiently, and according to company direction.

      Great coworkers. Friendly people and the bonus is ok.

      Cons

      Very much a "work is life" atmosphere. The company will have you do whatever they want or otherwise you get judged for not being a "team player" Also a little lower paying and only per diem of $100 to cover housing and food. Little low
