      Pros

      Homely Atmosphere :) Gets to know everyone in person

      Cons

      Appraisal is worth only if Gemini cant afford to loose you. Keep crying, so that you are always in the focus Very less money invested by the management on Employee benefits / Fun activities. Be the favorite of MD , then you will never be thrown out, even if u make a loss to the company. :)

      Pros

      They have no clients so people don't have work and they have soo much time that they have other business that they are doing. They are surviving just because the parent company does not care.. join if you want to waste your potential.

      Cons

      Top management including current chief executive officer are pusillanimous. No hikes, no nothing. The HRs in Mumbai are as useful as a door knob on the floor. No clients in last 3 years. Layoff of entire Mumbai teams in 2025.
