I was associated with this company for more than a year. During HR discussion the HR gives fake promises that Appraisal happens after completion of probation period to join with the organization and starts arguing when we ask about the hike, but when we approach her then she talks about the company policies. Even she doesn't know how to deal with the exit employees in exit interview whenever we go with a query she always asks us to check with her team and behaves unprofessional with the employees.

I Feel Pity on the management where they blindly believes the HR(FRONT FACE OF THE ORGANIZATION)without knowing the facts who always tell lies to prospective joinees
