      good hours, decent pay, always something to do and freedom to delegate work.

      Cons

      awful environment. very fake environment and atmosphere. Too much unnecessary pressure and very disorganised and no communication.

      Good to start a career.

      Cons

      Working with indian nacionals is not easy. almost all of the top management in their mining operations companies in AFRICA are indians nacionals. In my humble opinion they should change that, giving opportunities to the nacional professionals to lead the companies.
