      Mature process and products, flexible working hours, good teams,pays well.

      Cons

      Too many products to maintain. Lots of overhead. Kept changing goals and directions in the past few years. Many valuable resources were lost.

      Pros

      Used to we worked like a family, now we work in office just for pay check. Only pros is that there is no problem to cash the check in banks.

      If only pros is that there is no problem to cash the check in banks, people will get the answer by his/her ash
