GemPool is the best place I've ever worked! The Directors are the most supportive managers I ever dealt with, are very easy to speak to and have your back. I am given access to training and hands-on help whenever needed. They encourage upskilling, and I got the opportunity to do external courses based on my vertical. There's a real collaborative culture in the office where everyone gets a say in how to better the workplace. The incentives are unreal! Overall an amazing company!
