I have had the privilege of working with Gellert Health for a little over a year. Every person in Management are focused on Employees, the companies we work with, and the Patients we’re serve. I feel very respected, cared for as a person. I feel as if my opinion matters and I am valued. This is a very positive, encouraging, uplifting Management team from the CEO, Director, supervisor, social worker along with the other support staff and employees. I feel heard, respected, and valued. This company goes above and beyond for the employees. The vision for the company is beyond what I ever had thought that could Happen. I feel like a person not a number and that is important. If you are looking for a new place I highly recommend you apply.

I did not find them earlier in my career. I do not and have not ever had one negative thing to say or happen to me while working with this company.
