Nepotism - Many family members and friends of family work throughout various departments yet most lack education and experience in the areas they manage. No repercussions for family members/friends when work isn't being completed or mistakes happen. Not enough resources to fulfill the high work demand. Unrealistic expectations of timing on projects. Not enough qualified employees with the right skills and experience. Lack of digital marketing and media/advertising knowledge and leadership. Stuck in traditional marketing and not adapting quick enough to compete with emerging innovative brands.
