      Start-up company- the usual issues that can arise from being a new company are present, but nothing you can't deal with. Loved working there.

      Flexible work from home policy.. Industry standard vacation time. Good health insurance plan. Leadership checks in a tries to build a relationship with all employees.

      401k matching and maternity/paternity leave could be more generous.
