Very poor senior management who do not have the ability or knowledge how to manage a team or an individual. Don't be fooled by their willingness to help and develop your personal skills because they have no interest at all in you or your work-life balance. General attitude and environment in all three branches of the company is very negative and depressing to work in. I would not advise any individual to work for this company.
