They'll help you build an AR-15 and that's about it. On the face of it Bill Geissele acts like a stand up man that cares about you and your family but deep down he's actually just looking for people who need a job so desperately they can't afford to quit.
Cons
Bob Evans died, the director of manufacturing, and the entire work atmosphere turned to pure hell. Bob kept the place ticking peacefully and people were happy to work for him. The management staff that Bill selected act like a bunch of children incapable of the simplest task let alone running a manufacturing plant.
