Horrible - Patient Access Representative Geisinger Employee Review

They treat patients and employees like numbers. They hire site supervisors from the outside who don't know how to even work the front desk. They do more harm than good. Problems never get resolved. Won't hire additional staffing. Allow you to be verbally assaulted by patients looking for narcotics or unfinished forms. Management never has your back. Horrible work environment.
