      Pros

      The reputation of the company is unsurpassed. The benefits are great- starting on the first day of hire. Chance for plenty of overtime if you are interested.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are staffing problems. I know they can't be helped. Weekends also bring a lot of staffing problems. Other than that, there really aren't a lot of cons.

      Pros

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
