      Pros

      Really enjoyed with Dave Geile and Tim Leon, two incredibly smart leaders and wonderful, caring people. Respectful clients, excellent work-life balance and great collaboration across the agency.

      Cons

      A small agency, so occasionally had to outsource certain types of projects, which could be frustrating at times.
