Management was very understanding and helpful with the training period. Questions were easily answered and it was clear that Management wanted me to succeed and offered every opportunity for me to do so.

Compensation could have been better, but was fair when considering the opportunity for unlimited overtime.

Clear and reasonable expectations from supervisors. Good response time on issues raised.

Low pay. Difficult to get PTO. It’s janitorial work so it’s kinda yucky, be prepared.
