      Pros

      Seemingly endless resources for education and continuous improvement. A great network of knowledgeable and helpful associates. Excellent technology which is constantly being improved.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of opportunity for advancement. I.e. the job you start in will most likely be your job for the foreseeable future.

      Pros

      Its based on a 40 hour week - overtime is paid as overtime

      Cons

      I preferred being on salary so when I am working on something I don't need to stop when its the end of the day or I've hit my 40 hours. I can finish and be done with it.

      Pros

      I worked for the Farmers' Almanac, owned by Geiger, for four years and had a fantastic experience. This family-owned company treats their employees with respect and appreciation. I would highly recommend working with Geiger.
